My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from person-centered, feminist, and systemic theories. My ideal clients are those who are navigating the intersections of trauma, disability, and identity and seek a therapeutic space where their experiences are honored, and where they can explore their identities and challenges in an empowering environment. If you resonate with these aspects of my practice, I would be honored to support you in your journey.

Feminist and systemic theory informs my practice by highlighting the importance of social and cultural context and power dynamics in understanding individual experiences. I trust in my client’s experience, and I work to build a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters respect, empathy, and genuine understanding. I aim to create a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Whether you’re navigating the impacts of trauma, living with a disability, or seeking recovery from substance use, I am here to provide compassionate care and collaborative support.
I am available on Friday evenings and all day Saturdays for in-person sessions in Oak Cliff and by telehealth for all Texas residents.
Currently, I can only accept self-pay clients but I will happily provide a superbill for any possible insurance reimbursement. I also offer a pay-what-you-can sliding scale for clients when needed. My current session rate is $85.
As a therapist, an egalitarian relationship is an important value for me. I aim to have transparent conversations about the financial aspect of therapy and find something that works for each client. Please email or schedule a call with me for any questions.
